Review and evaluate assigned personnel and make written evaluations to the RN Supervisor or Assistant Director of Nurses.
Assure that all nurses notes are charted in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the are provided as well as the residents response to the care.
Possess one or more year’s experience in a skilled nursing care facility.
Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
