THE ROLE | HR&A is currently seeking to hire two Talent Managers who will work together as a coordinated team, reporting to our Head of People.
As Talent Manager at HR&A, you will be primarily responsible for guiding the assignment of consulting staff to project and business development opportunities.
Analysts also help prepare written reports, presentations, and Excel models for clients, as well as firm marketing materials and proposals for new projects.
