Once discussions begin with a Customer about switching to Dietz and Watson, it is the RSO Manager’s responsibility to assist the local Account Team by developing an execution plan that will work for that specific Customer.
A small, in-house deli department is set up in a designated location in each club where Dietz and Watson products are sliced, sampled, packaged, priced and sold throughout the 4 day show period.
Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of successful BAs whose task is to educate consumers on the features and benefits of Dietz & Watson premium meats and artisan cheeses and convert them to customers.
Use IT best-practices to develop helpdesk standard policies and procedures, and ensure the helpdesk adheres to these procedures
