In the event that there are no sitter needs, full nursing technician duties will be assigned according to patient care needs.
You will receive consistent support and guidance to succeed in your first job as a registered nurse when you choose to work at Cone Health.
This would include engagement of all staff and providers in addressing patient customer needs, using satisfaction metrics and patient feedback.
Working with the assigned RN the TNT will: Communicates with other hospital departments to initiate/follow up on orders as appropriate.
Provides patient education, discusses ongoing care, medications, resources for self-education, and when and how to contact the practice for emergent care.
