The Account Director role is to manage a portfolio of assigned hotels, to retain, extend and grow the business from this existing Client base and actively seek new opportunities to expand TSA's foothold in the market.
The Superintendent will be experienced in commercial construction and will work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all trades.
Duties include but are not limited to: Serving as senior representative and Executive liaison from the office of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs working with other TSA offices.
In addition to the requirements for all IT positions, to qualify for the SV-J Pay Band (equivalent to GS-14), you must have one year of specialized experience at the SV-I or GS-13 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector.
Specialized experience is defined as experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
