The position’s primary responsibility will be to implement strategies with the use of data analytics from the Loyalty program and MAPCO App, to grow the program, the App usage and ensure that My Rewards program is align with MAPCO’s Value proposition.
We are looking for a current Customer Service Leader or experienced Sales Associate who embodies the MAPCO culture of being guest obsessed and always looking to learn more about MAPCO operations.
Every day MAPCO strives to be the best team delivering the best experience to all of our guests in our 345+ company owned convenience stores in seven states across the southeast.
We are a private / common carrier in that we haul product to our company stores as well as service third party customers.
SUMMARY: The Application & POS Analyst is responsible for the point of sale applications used to support the MAPCO retail business.
