- The Program in Public Health at the University of California-Irvine is currently accepting applications for temporary Unit 18 Lecturers (Non-Senate Faculty) for the 2023-2024 academic year to teach courses in graduate and undergraduate programs.
- Professional expertise and/or previous teaching experience in online, remote, hybrid, and on-ground modalities are required.
- Applicants should hold a Ph. D., Dr. P.H., M.D., or equivalent degree in public health or a related field, and will be expected to teach core requirements of the undergraduate degree programs, including the Public Health Policy major, the Public Health Sciences major, the Public Health minor, and the Global Health minor, and graduate programs, for example, epidemiology, health policy, health communications, and bio-statistics.
- Those with expertise in teaching foundations of public health, health policy, public health management, statistics, environmental health, and/or chronic and infectious disease epidemiology are particularly encouraged to apply.
