- Works jointly with Risk Management Director and Incident Management Manager to establish and monitor the organizations approach to investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, exploitation of persons served, and/or other types of events, to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of persons served by Bancroft.
- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services or related field required.
- Relevant work experience of five years in risk management operations, criminal justice, or a management capacity may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
