- This position involves a mix of in-office and on-site duties, including the triage and assignment of incoming service tickets, remote support for service issues, application inquiries, and hands-on service activities at customer locations.
- Service Ticket Management : Conduct initial assessment, triage, and assignment of incoming service tickets to ensure efficient resolution.
- Remote Customer Support : Provide remote assistance to customers facing service issues or requiring help with application-related inquiries.
- On-site Customer Support: Travel to customer sites to perform various service activities, including but not limited to, troubleshooting and repairs (break/fix), preventative maintenance, and application support.
