- This includes delivering expertise and coherence across assigned area(s) while ensuring consistent and repeatable service delivery, effective integration, alignment, and unity of effort between frontline, area, regional, and national levels of the organization to establish and maintain a strong and adaptive security posture that aligns with organizational risk tolerance and business strategies.
- This includes management of facilities across multiple complex service areas within a large geographic market, and may include a wide variety of caregiving settings (e.g., hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, medical office buildings, clinics, etc.)
- Minimum Qualifications:Minimum four (4) years experience developing security policies and procedures (e.g., investigations, loss prevention, access control, risk assessment, crime prevention, workplace violence prevention).
- Minimum three (3) years experience supervising, managing, or leading a protective services workforce (e.g., security, law enforcement, corrrections, etc
- Bachelors degree in Law Enforcement, Business Administration, Public Policy, Healthcare Management, Criminal Justice, Corporate Security, Security Management, or related field AND minimum eight (8) years of experience in Security Management, Hospital Security, Law Enforcement Management, or directly related field OR Minimum eleven (11) years of experience in Security Management, Hospital Security, Law Enforcement Management, or a directly related field.
