- Previous serving experience in a fine dining environment is preferred.
- Must be able to read labels, ingredients, and instructions, and write basic lists, notes, and directions; able to converse effectively with co-workers and guests.
- Must obtain mandatory alcohol sales and handling training within 30 days of employment and must be retrained every two years.
