- Provide oversight, guidance, and execution of Project Management Office (PMO) functions, including risk management, schedule management, resource planning and deliverable coordination
- Prepare executive-level project status presentations and dashboards and creates data visualization elements to provide a graphic demonstration of project analytics and metrics
- Meet regularly with cross-pillar teams to solicit feedback to drive adoption of project management processes
