- Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSenior Helpdesk SpecialistThe Sr. Helpdesk Specialist role will provide exceptional technical support via phone.
- The Helpdesk Specialist will utilize a ticket system for documentation & support systems as Genesys, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Powershell, One Note, SharePoint, SCCM Remote Control Viewer & Team Viewer.
- The Help Desk Technician must have In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices running Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Mac OS & iOS, Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft 365.
- Along the side of managing the incoming support ticket queue & Other related duties as assignedThis role will also be the escalation point for more advanced tasks and troubleshooting more difficult issues.
- Plus, provide training to the Tier I technicians allowing growth in knowledge.
