- We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Senior Curriculum Specialist position in Arlington, VA supporting the Foreign Service Institute (FSI).
- The Senior Curriculum Specialist instructional systems design experience using the ADDIE training model and acts as curricular leads working with subject matter experts and diverse working groups.
- Specialists will work closely with the division Director and/or Deputy Director and partner with subject matter experts to advise, consult, and manage projects; and design and develop curricular solutions following the Foreign Service Institute(FSI)’s Policies and Standards for and with the Institute’s clients.
- Exercise expertise in instructional design theory such as ADDIE or SAM2.
