- We have an exciting opening for an Office Scheduling / Admin Assistant to carry out not just the usual admin duties expected in a busy office, but also to mange the scheduling of a large team of Caregivers and their daily client assignments.
- The position requires a very responsible CAN DO attitude, accuracy, attention to detail and a sense of urgency to do whatever it takes to ensure quality care to our senior client community.
- In particular, we require someone who is ultra-reliable and punctual, someone who can be counted on to do whatever it takes to ensure our clients are taken good care of.
- have experience as a Caregiver, be currently registered with CA state as a Home Care Aide, and have experience in a busy fast-paced office environment, such as a doctor's office, lab etc.
- The IDEAL candidate will be someone who has worked in a VERY similar role in a Home Care office and with experience of scheduling a large team of Caregivers.
