- Join this small but global team based across the US and Chinathat is positionedas one of the few completely integrated importers and coversan extensive range of both proprietary and licensed brands covering various sectors, including health and wellness, electronics, home and office supplies, and electronic pest control.
- Work 2 to 3 days a week in their Midtown Manhattan-based office and rest WFH
- Reporting to the VP's of Sales and Partnerships based in the Manhattan office, they areseeking an ambitious, energetic tech-savvy Administration Assistant to work closely with them on meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up, domestic inventory, and production management, including planning and coordination and lots of complex data management via Excel spreadsheets.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and generally tech savvy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with at least 1 year of experience in small business or start-up business environments preferred
