- Certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year critical care preferred-may include clinical rotation experience if new grad with preceptor endorsement, ABG experience highly desirable.
- Responsible for providing direct patient respiratory care treatments, and assisting in evaluating patients with respiratory illness.
- Included but not limited to: Respiratory therapy in intensive care unit, general respiratory care, emergency room, ventilator management, CPAP/BIPAP, 02 Therapy, CPT, Aerosolized medications, CPR/code team, and computerized documentation.
