- The Research Assistant Professor independently spearheads experimental studies for developing wearable ultrasound sensors and imaging systems, supervises graduate and undergraduate students involved in this project, prepares project reports, publications, and conference presentations, and assists in developing future follow-on grant applications and intellectual property.
- Terminal degree in a related field; Ph. D. in engineering and at least 6 months experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow;
- Postdoctoral research experience in material characterization, nanomaterials, flexible sensors and bioelectronics;
- Specific experience in organic/inorganic synthesis, materials characterization, and nanomaterials; and
- The College of Engineering and Computing (CEC) at George Mason University is a fast-growing force for innovation in research and education.
