- 80%) Sourcing: Develop and lead all California & Hawaii sourcing for Technician & key hires Establish and upgrade recruiting and hiring practices Build a system capable of hiring hundreds annually Measure and improve ROI and reporting by source channel, aligned with investments Inform plans for industry relevant talent attraction and technician engagement Develop diversity recruiting plans focused on outcomes
- 20%) Leadership: Provide recruiting leadership and impact the business culture and numbers Maintain culture of performance accountability through reporting and scorecards Develop outstanding relationships with key leaders Teach, train and develop our people to have a culture of selecting industry leading people Lead Regional adoption and influence national optimization of our ATS/CRM Uncover new talent pools and attraction strategies for continuous, scalable growth
