- We have an exciting position open for a Regional Talent Management People & Career Development Specialist.
- Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Management, helps Management Teams and respective HR Business Partners in a variety of Talent Development processes (like People Councils, People Reviews, Succession Planning, Individual Development Planning as well as yearly Performance Management campaigns) as well as employees for their personal and professional growth.
- Providing a broad range of career development consultative services using the full set of development tools to effectively address business and employees requests (e.g., IDPs, Talent Assessments, Assignments, Professional Career Interviews, coaching, mentoring, INSIGHTS, EI360s, Diversity Equity and Inclusion facilitation and leadership support, etc.)
- regional Learning and Development team related to identification and/or facilitation of various Corporate University standard and/or “on demand” programs.
