- The Order Management & Logistics Associate will act as a liaison between The Topps Company and its retail and hobby channel customers.
- This role will assist sales, the retail and hobby customers with daily order management, account questions, billing, returns, cancellations, refunds, resolving complaints, etc.
- Provides support for the Topps hobby/retail customers and sales team.
- Manages Customer order management within Oracle EBS: adds inventory, assigns co-packer and enter orders for hobby direct customers as required.
