- The National Construction Superintendent will oversee inspections, estimates, and the construction project management of new residential rental homes purchased by First Key Homes.
- This role will travel across multiple states to quickly assess the physical attributes of residential home and make sound real estate investment decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Manage between 15 to 40 ongoing residential remodeling projects in various phases from estimation to final quality control inspection.
- Onboard and train new vendors to perform residential renovation work.
- Indoor and outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.
