- The Manufacturing Engineer Manager is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and methods for all factory products.
- Responsibilities: Provides leadership and focus in directing the Value Stream Teams, in execution of Strategic Initiatives, and in supporting other functional areas of production, purchasing, engineering, maintenance, and logistics.
- Identifies and executes plans to satisfy the necessary facilities, equipment and tooling requirements to meet operational goals.
- Collects and analyzes manufacturing, quality control, scrap, maintenance and operations reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Commits to championing plant and company-wide initiatives including performance review meetings, AST/Lean initiatives, Asaichi sessions, quality assurance, safety and the strategic development efforts.
