- The Maintenance Supervisor is actively involved in the repair, troubleshooting, and alignment of building and bakery equipment, as well as initiating preventative maintenance actions.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to document bakery needs for the fiscal year, including the cost value of equipment repair or replacement.
- Maintain preventive/predictive maintenance programs, including failure and root cause analysis.
- Manage all parts acquisition activities, maintaining a compliant stockroom operation for critical process equipment repair parts and necessary consumables.
