- This position provides direct psychotherapy treatment, performs client psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, guides the treatment process, develops exit plans, provides psychological and emotional support to patients, adheres to client confidentiality standards, and provides training in trauma informed therapy.
- Valid and current Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) license.
- Perform all work functions and interactions using a trauma informed approach.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Work one on one and as part of a team with kids or adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities, HIV or substance abuse diagnoses, assist from behind the scenes in any one of our administrative departments, or provide necessary support for the direct care staff.
