- Reporting to the Regional HSE Director, the HSE Manager is responsible for overseeing the occupational safety and health performance for assigned locations.
- Support local management by working with the Legal Department, 3rd Party and Safety Leaders to mitigate OSHA citations and assist in general liability claims litigation.
- Facilitates and/or serves as an active participant within local union/port authority meetings (Joint Safety Committee and Accident Review Boards, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree, with a concentration in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or relative field.
- Professional safety certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST) or equivalent is preferred.
