- As a key member of the customer-oriented Human Resources Department, the Human Resources Generalist (“HR Generalist”) offers a diversity of responsibilities in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
- With WIT’s recent launch of implementation of Workday Enterprise, this role will also play a key role in optimizing Workday modules to foster employee engagement, operational efficiency, employee self-service, and learning and development programming.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team on HR communications including HR newsletter and internal website.
- Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with the administration of the collective bargaining agreements/union personnel policy, support, and procedures.
- Proactively resolve issues as appropriate and consult with and make recommendations to manager/director to resolve more complex employer relations issues.
