- The Treasury & Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) Team in Finance is responsible for measuring and managing the Bank's interest rate and liquidity risk, including oversight of the Bank's investment portfolio.
- The Head of Liquidity Governance leads the development and enhancement of the liquidity risk framework for the TD consolidated US operations including managing the risk appetite, risk identification, liquidity regulation, and presentation to management committees.
- This role monitors and manages liquidity risk across legal entities and business segments and partners with key stakeholders such as the business, risk management and other key stakeholders at TD group.
- Owns the liquidity risk policy framework including the liquidity stress testing process and associated contingent funding plan, ensuring the framework accurately captures the potential liquidity risks faced by the Bank
- Leads all Committee and governance related efforts related to liquidity risk activities
