- Proposals: Responsible for analysing the RFP and leading the response to USG RFP’s ensuring that it is compliant, responsive, and persuasive by driving the proposal factory (Bid/No Bid, work with Program Management/technical proposal manager to define scope and shape a compliant response, closure with Finance)
