- The DOT and Facilities Ops Admin will conduct new driver orientation, assist with owner/operator onboarding, and perform record-keeping and regulation oversight for MEI’s commercial vehicle fleet.
- Support DOT personnel in tracking International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) recordsMaintain employee training documentation for non-CDL drivers.
- Offer FMCSA support; complete Notice of Delivery Received (NDR) compliance reporting, and 2290 (heavy vehicle) tax reporting, tracking, and filing.
- Set up new Owner / Operator vendors; attain ACH transfer or banking information for pay or payment distribution.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance; arrange for and track equipment inspections at required or recommended intervals, including national inspections for regional office fleet and Owner / Operator fleet.
