- Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, the Director of Digital Strategy & Experience is responsible for overseeing strategy and development of current and future digital customer-facing properties and ensuring they deliver brand and business growth.
- The successful candidate will mentor, extend guidance, offer insight, provide leadership, develop talent, direct team activities, structure/lead agency engagements, partner with cross-functional teams, collaborate with region leaders, provide feedback, and be accountable for the overall quality of CertainTeed and Saint-Gobain digital experiences.
- Assess the competitive landscape, interpret user research findings, and integrate inputs from internal and external sources to build a cohesive long-term vision, strategy, and digital roadmap.
- Work closely within the Corporate Marketing team to find alignment points in customer experience, brand experience, SBD Marketing, and Integrated Marketing and drive collaboration to improve customer experience via digital platforms.
- Provide expertise in UX mapping and digital design to optimize customer centric digital experience across our various platforms.
