- Role Overview Eclipse Automation Southeast is seeking a hands-on Controls Software Designer, Robotics to join our growing Engineering Team in Rock Hill, SC. Reporting to the Controls Engineering Manager, the Controls Engineer will be responsible for various duties involving design of control software, integration of software with electrical and mechanical systems, process development and machine installation at customer sites worldwide.
- Great opportunity to be a part of an innovative team, offering the chance to work on exciting programming and integration projects involving leading-edge technologies utilizing PLC’s, robotics, motion controllers, vision systems, laser and other controllers.
- Debug and commission control systems at our facility, during the system integration stage and then at the customer’s site during installation.
- Select, test, and integrate hardware and software components such as robots, analog devices, motion controllers, sensors, vision systems and lasers.
