- The Contracts Manager – Business Operations will be accountable for the preparation, negotiation, and management of complex proposals and/or contract activities in accordance with company policies, legal and customer requirements with limited guidance or supervision from the Business Operations Director.
- Contract management activities tied to contract award and management, clarification of terms and conditions, customer correspondence, change orders, audit support, funding and invoicing management, etc.
- Proven business negotiator with sound business judgement
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS Regulations
- Knowledge and experience with cradle to grave government contracting.
