- This role has direct involvement in benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers' compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.
- The ideal candidate holds a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or above, preferably with Four Seasons or another luxury brand.
- Furthermore, has an understanding of payroll applications, audits and processes in ADP as well as strong working knowledge of the Workday HRIS.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
