- Responsible for growing new distribution, maintaining base business, pricing implementation, and improving customer profitability for Reddy Ice. Monitor retailer activity to develop the most cost-effective strategies in order to drive volume and profitability through increased penetration and promotion.
- Oversee, build and maintain customer relationships - penetrate customer and establish business relationships that enable collaborative business planning initiatives - penetrate and establish relationships across multiple decision points within customer (Purchasing/Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Retail Operations and Marketing).
- Relay any market or competitive intelligence to Commercial Strategy Team and Operations.
- COMPENSATION PLAN:Regional Account Executives receive a competitive base salary, plus bonus incentives tied to meeting or exceeding assigned territory sales quota, pricing objectives and new business objectives.
