Responsibilities include program oversight of engineering design, team support, and project management on a variety of waste resources engineering projects, with a particular focus on landfill design, landfill gas systems, landfill leachate systems, construction planning and oversite, landfill closure, landfill operations, landfill post closure care, transfer station design, MRF design, and recycling centers.

The project manager leads the team through the Commonwealth Standard for Project Management for successful completion of the project phases: PreSelect, Initiation, Planning, Execution and Control and Closeout.

Experience in program communication and program management. Provide local software and hardware support requiring complex integrated configurations in the areas of; Avaya Communications Manager and Avaya PBX (call routing, Cisco Unity Connection integration, AES, CMS, one-X), Sonus/Ribbon, LAN/WAN, VoIP, SIP.

Build communication and escalation plans related to third-party risk management activities across National IT. Assist with process improvement and discussions related to third-party risk management solutions.

Support capacity building of water project staff and key stakeholders on water resource management based on lessons learned and best international practices. Provide technical guidance and advice to water resource management project, internationally or domestically, including reviewing and providing feedback on project work plans and strategies, deliverables and reports, and other WRM-related documents.

Provide advisory services to evaluate, recommend, design, and implement third-party risk management solutions and process improvements. Enhanced knowledge pertaining to concepts and principles related to third-party risk management.

Counsel program directors and program coordinators in preparation of: New Program Applications, Participating Site modification, AAMC Fellowship and Residency Electronic Interactive Database (FREIDA) and GME Track, New Innovations Annual Program Evaluations, ACGME Resident & Faculty Surveys, Citation Responses and Action plans, Self-Studies and management of special reviews as required.

A minimum of 5 years of project experience in IT infrastructure delivery, Network Infrastructure, Network architecture, wireless technologies, Cloud implementation, and vendor management.

The IT GRC team also regularly interacts with Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Global Security. Prior experience in IT GRC, Risk Management, IT Audit (preferably Big 4 Audit firm experience), or Security.

Understanding of traditional and emerging technology domains such as cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, networking, data warehouses, integration strategies, IT operations, IT risk management and IT governance.
