As an Cyber Security Senior Analyst, you will be part of a cross functional Threat Response team of cybersecurity analysts who are responsible for security operations including log analysis, application security analysis, vulnerability analysis, incident response, and threat analysis.

Perform research, and provide analysis, from threat intelligence platforms (TIP) and open source intelligence resources, (OSINT) with a focus on threats directed specifically at our business. Support the project team with traffic engineering studies such as traffic impact analyses, traffic signal timing plans, microscopic and macroscopic simulation modeling, signal warrants, speed studies, capacity analysis, traffic operations, safety analysis, and parking studies.

Strategic planning and analysis and management consulting experience with strong emphasis on relationship management and resource management Business Process re-engineering or process improvement experience with broad-based information systems.

Well-developed expertise with conducting NEPA / CEQA / other analysis and preparation of associated documentation. Within the Texas office the NEPA / Natural Resources team is comprised of more than 12 biologists, wetland scientists, permitting specialists, and NEPA professionals with an emphasis on consulting within the energy, oil and gas, and government sectors.

The individual will have had strong experience in defining and translating broader macro issues of some nature (economic, geopolitical, demographics, social and/or technological) into practical questions that can be understood through clear and cogent analysis, as well as facility with macroeconomic analysis.

Experience with CAD applications such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation OpenRoadsExperience with data analysis and visualizations tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable. Experience in traffic engineering must include traffic signal design and timing, operational analysis, and capacity analysis.

Generate assurance of comprehensive risk analysis and management plans, as well as attack countermeasure analysis (ACMA) to organize threats and mitigations. Demonstrable Supply Chain Risk Management skills including threat vector and landscape analysis.

Perform incident response functions including but not limited to host-based analytical functions (e.g. digital forensics, metadata, malware analysis, etc.) Current hands-on experience in digital forensics (e.g. computer, network, mobile device forensics, and forensic data analysis, etc.

Proven track record of strong quantitative testing and statistical analysis techniques as it pertains to BSA/AML models, including name similarity matching, classification accuracy testing, unsupervised/supervised machine learning, neural networks, fuzzy logic matching, decision trees, etc.

The key program elements of which cover include internal loss, external loss, risk assessment, business impact assessments, KRIs, scenario analysis / stress testing, awareness, and communication, issues and remediation planning, tracking, MIS and reporting, testing, compliance, and monitoring.

Review and analysis of security-related configuration and hardening standards for Windows, ESX, and RedHat servers, Windows laptops/desktops, SQL Server database and network technologies within the enterprise.

Perform open source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis, identifying the most relevant and immediate cyber threats, malicious code, suspicious domains, and security vulnerabilities. Excellent understanding of cyber security frameworks, such as the Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis, MITRE ATTA&CK framework, and utilize these frameworks to implement threat modelling in support of Threat Intelligence activities.
