The MAINTENANCE MANAGER is responsible for the supervision and direction of the on-site maintenance team and for the upkeep, inventory, record/logs and repair of grounds, apartments and buildings of the property.

Carries out Physician orders including but not limited to assisting with procedures, administering injections, performing phlebotomy, PICC line care, VAD care, Hickman/Broviac care and maintenance, wound care, taking patient calls, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, calling in and preauthorizing prescriptions, coordinating supply levels, pre-certifying patients medical services, and assisting the physician with all other patient care as requested.

Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs and maintenance, informing the Facilities Supervisor of needed services and repairs. Perform routine clean up at repair location or in maintenance shop, keeping working area clean and safe.
