Knowledge of semiconductor process, lithography, imaging, focus, critical dimensions and productivity are highly valued; especially for ASML scanners and/or MPC products. The successful candidate shall coordinate activities between the global account team and ASML Metrology & Patterning Control (MPC) business line to deliver products and value to the customer. Engineers with at least 3 years of ASML micro-lithography system experience preferred. The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer.
