Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide hands-on leadership at the site-level to implement quality systems and drive continuous improvement. This position is a 'working' manager position. Drive improvements in first-time quality via reduction in internal and supplier non-conformances (through trend analysis as part of monthly QMS reports), and customer escapes. Drive down the cost of poor quality (scrap, rework, warranty). Root-cause analysis and corrective actions on trends observed through data analysis.
