Responsible for overseeing the training and onboarding of guest service staff including Spa/Salon front desk, spa attendants, fitness attendants. Acts as a resource between employees and spa/salon manager to resolve work related conflicts.

To provide information about the Salon & Spa and its services, treatments and concepts as well as pricing, as requested. The ability to understand all Salon & Spa services, treatments, and be able to explain each in a clear, precise manner.

Schedule appointments for Spa and Salon services, taking into consideration the timing of the services and the best practice order of those services. Provide a positive guest service experience to each guest including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests of the Golden Nugget Spa and Salon.

Maintain an environment of personal luxury and attention to detail for each and every guest that is using the Golden Nugget Spa and Salon facilities. Enthusiastically greet each guest as they enter and exit the Golden Nugget Spa and Salon.

Two years of work experience required at a high end or resort style salon or spa. Suggests tailored/customizable salon services to each client and upsell services.
