Oversees the maintenance and repair program for the clinic, including computer hardware and software, chairs, compressor, vacuum system, dust collector, hazardous waste disposal, and other systems and equipment; obtains necessary training to troubleshoot/repair and maintain chairs and other systems.

Perform maintenance related to HVAC troubleshooting, light appliance repair, basic carpentry, light electrical and plumbing, drain cleaning/troubleshooting, tub refinishing, drywall repair & paint, repair/replace locks, smoke detectors, and light fixtures, perform minor roof repairs, replace broken windows.

Possession of a valid, proper class, official emissions control license as issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania within six months of appointment and during tenure of employment as an Automotive Maintenance Technician 2 for the Mechanical Repair specialty.
