The candidate will serve as the client success manager for Mastercard Network Exchange North America customers, supporting our Platforms and Network Solutions business. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

This role will focus on shepherding clients through the Networks Exchange onboarding process. Working with customers, regional product teams, implementation teams, and other partners, this role will focus on supporting the client at each step of the implementation project. The manager is the key contact for clients with respect to product functionality, the implementation process, set-up and configuration options. This is a key customer-facing role and one that will help shape the experience that our customers have with Mastercard. This role can remote in the US.

* In this position, you will:

o Act as the single face of Mastercard to the client.

o Set client expectations, resolve product questions, and exceed client expectations.

o Ensure customer success in transitioning through all phases of project activation

o Manage client meetings and deliverable status using a tracking mechanism that can be shared with all project stakeholders

o Create client project plans that thoroughly document and communicate client expectations, and create an end-to-end plan that delivers the full scope of the client project

o Shepherd the client through the onboarding process by ensuring proper behind the scenes coordination, pacing, and integration of various internal teams

o Verify all required risk review processes are followed

o Develop strong rapport and trust with all participants in the project including internal teams, customers to create a delightful experience and introduction to working with Mastercard.

o Lead and manage activities required by networks to complete onboarding activities, including paperwork, client vetting, etc.

o Responsible for achievement of in year and multi-year revenue targets

o Serve as product ambassador by driving thought leadership agenda articulating strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer, and internal forums.

o Serve as a product subject mater expert and support advanced sales opportunities as needed.
