The Natural Language Processing / Information Extraction (NLP/IE) Program at the IHI is a team of investigators, postdoctoral researchers, programmers, and students who work together on NLP for a variety of clinical and biomedical tasks.

This could include genomics, target identification and validation, biomarker discovery, safety assessment, chemical processing, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, and chemical discovery. As a summer student in our group, you will have project opportunities to partner with laboratory and data scientists in our Research Labs to apply advanced computational methods (such as natural language processing, image analysis, machine learning, and data engineering) across our Company's Discovery and Pre-clinical Development enterprise.

Hennepin Healthcare has a current opening for a Central Processing Tech II or III in our Central Processing department. Processing Technician II or Sterilization Technician. Performs sterile processing and distribution functions within the Central Processing Department.

Strong in advanced configuration and development using various components like Control Center, Design Center, Composition Center, Archiving, Ad hoc viewer and Post processing in OpenText StreamServe/Exstream product.

Retrieves unused sterile supplies and instrumentation from the OR after procedures and returns them to stock on shelves in the sterile processing area. Under limited supervision, performs work in a technical support position involving sterile processing and dispensing of supplies and equipment needed for patient care.

The Instrument Processing Technician works under the direction of the Sterile Processing Manager and is responsible for the proper handling, cleaning, disinfecting, assembly, and sterilization of instrumentation and patient-related equipment to render items safe for handling and use.

Develop machine learning and deep learning models and systems in domains including, but not limited to: image processing, NLP, NLU, NLG, SLU and multidimensional time series forecasting among others.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with high throughput Microbiome/Metagenomics processing with Excel and operating/programming of laboratory liquid handling instrumentation. Maintain a required high level of cleanliness and refined processing technique to ensure samples are not contaminated.

Academic or industry experience in collecting and processing of a comprehensive range of land-based near surface geophysical data including seismic, EM, GPR, magnetic, gravity and resistivity for geotechnical and environmental applications.

The Sterile Processing Technician (Instrument Processing Technician) is responsible for maintaining instruments and equipment in an optimal fashion and preparing instrumentation, equipment, and sterile supplies for the surgical patient.

Position SummaryMedical Laboratory Technician is responsible for specimen processing, test performance, test result reporting and specimen collection. Disciplines include Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Virology, Serology, Blood Bank, Immunology/Flow Cytometry, Histology and Pathology.

We work to solve problems at the intersection of digital signal processing, machine learning, acoustics, hearing sciences, auditory perception, and multimodal interaction. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, electrical engineering, digital audio, acoustics, and 2+ years of industry experience in real-time audio signal processing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Provide daily production processing and support activities for financial systems using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Applied OLAP Dodeca, Oracle Cloud EPM Suite, along with other tools and resources.

Job Responsibilities: Show strength in billing DME. Responsible for evaluating and processing correspondences including claim rejections, medical record(s) requests, itemized bills, invoice clarifications, etc.

Provide Engineering Direction: Provide engineering direction on failure analysis, circuit analysis, design, processing, and device physics support. Knowledge of Bipolar and CMOS semi- conductor devices, device processing, device physics, basic chemistry and defect failure mechanisms.
