*Education and Experience:?*

  * Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification 
  * Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years). 
  * In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. 
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*

  * Executing specific development projects in collaboration with the related platform staff, following the Quality by Design framework

  * Functioning as a core team member on several projects in parallel
  * Solves complex problems through collaborations with others, taking a new perspective on existing solutions
  * Apply technical protocols and write scientific reports to support various project development stages

  * Follow and promote the application of GxP / EHS / QA regulations

  * Previous experience in an analytical development department working in the field of vaccine development
  * Experience with the use and troubleshooting of ThermoFisher mass spectrometers
  * Being familiar with mRNA or lipid nanoparticles characterization using mass spectrometry and biophysics  technologies (LC-MS, GC-MS,  DLS, Zeta potential)
  * Good understanding of GLP requirements in a pharmaceutical R&D environment

One of the largest in-house teams dedicated to preference elicitation and related decision analysis. Our clients include all major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers globally. Our work enables these clients to understand which treatment or device attributes are meaningful to patients, how patients trade-off across these attributes, and what are the implications of such patient preference data for decisions that include regulatory approval and reimbursement of medicines. We specialize in the application of stated preference techniques, such as discrete choice experiment, best worst scaling and swing weighting.

The salary range estimated for this position is $159,000 - $236,170.
