Lot manager weekly duties are: mow the grass, weed eat/edging, blow the parking lot, pick weeds out of the flower beds etc. The right person for this job has general carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, can use a paint brush (and a roller and knows how to care for those items), knows how to operate a mower, weed eater and a backpack blower and a high pressure pressure washer.
