and may be required to work extended hours and weekends, as needed.\nOn occasion, the Crew Lead may travel to other regions in Alabama/Florida to support SpreadRite’s growth in new regions.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nTo complete the field duties associated with this position, the Crew Lead must be able to:\nwear standard PPE (hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work boots);\nwork outdoors in the sun;\nwalk, at times, long distances over a variety of terrain;\nwork in various positions, including but not limited to walking, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods;
