Join CARE as a BCBA Supervisor and make a meaningful impact on individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, evidence-based care. _\n\nThe BCBA Supervisor serves as a member of the clinical team, providing clinical leadership, support, guidance, direction, and supervision to Behavioral Therapists and Behavior Supervisors. Responsibilities include case management, staff training and supervision, communication with families and care teams, assessment and treatment planning, monitoring client progress, making data-driven recommendations, and developing and implementing behavior intervention programs.
