This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved, and performance expectations are achieved. The Subservicing Client Manager will build strong relationships with clients, provide proactive support, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\n\nA Typical Day\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned subservicing clients.\nServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and escalations.\nSchedule and facilitate regular client meetings to review performance of portfolio, discuss any issues and provide updates on current initiatives or projects.\nProactively identify and address potential areas of improvement and expansion of service.\nMonitor key performance indicators for clients portfolios, including delinquency rates, call volumes, customer satisfaction scores and other relevant metrics.\nTroubleshoot and resolve client-specific issues or escalations, coordinating with internal teams to identify solutions and communicate progress to client.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, facilitate effective communication between the client and internal teams, and ensure alignment and understanding of client needs.\nPerform other related duties as required and assigned.\nDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nPossesses in-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing operations and regulations, gained through at least 5 years of experience\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written\nDemonstrates strong business acumen and comfortably interacts with executive-level management\nAdept at analyzing complex situations and identifying effective solutions\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams\nContributes positively to a team environment, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and commitment to shared goals\nTakes initiative and consistently strives for successful outcomes\nProficient in Google Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) for effective communication and data management\nComfortable using Lucid Charts for process visualization and documentation\n\nWhy You Should Join\n\nAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
