This position will require the individual to represent the company and support clients.Responsibilities:Provide email and phone support to customersWork with customers to understand goals and business processesProvide expert knowledge of our product to the customerDrive to continually improve our internal process for customer careIdentify, troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by usersQualifications:Prior applicable experience in a technical support or professional services environmentA 4 year degree and/or 5+ years of demonstrated industry experienceDemonstrated analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertiseComfortable interacting with all levels of management and roles within the client organizationAbility to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as requiredExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain a solution to a customer's problemsDetailed, organized and results orientedAbility to learn and assimilate technical information quicklyEnthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
